Supervisa - Can my mom exit before the stamp date?

Hi, my mom is here under supervisa, at the port of entry she has 2 years to stay before she needs to exit. The stamp date says until March 31, 2018. However, we are planning for a vacation to the Philippines and she wants to come with us in September 2017. Is this okay? When she comes back to Canada after that trip will there be any problems at port of entry? I hope anyone can help me with this.

That will be ok. She can leave any time before March 31, 2018. Upon re-entry she may get another 2 years to stay. Hope it helps.
