Supervisa application nation identity document

Hi all, I’m trying to apply a supervisa for my parents. I ran to some issue with the application under national Identity document. We are from Malaysia , I check in Malaysia we do have a national identity document however it does not have a date of issue which the application is required to be filled. Should I tick no for national identity card or is there any other solutions ? Kindly help
