Supervisa application in Canada?

Hi All, My mom is currently in India and has a valid TRV. While she is there I want to apply for supervisa. My questions are:

1. Can I apply online for her from Canada and she can remain in India for rest of processing period including stamping? OR
2. Can I apply online for her from Canada and she can come to Canada (on TRV) and when processing is done (for SUPERVISA) what does she need to do next, leave the country and enter from anywhere eg. US or does she have to return to India?

Hi so I went with option 1.

Parent has to stay outside canada (in this case india) till supervisa processing is done.

You can start the application for her in Canada online. She will need to send you some signed documents forms etc.
