Hi Everyone,

I'm currently PR in Canada and I want to apply Super visa for my parents who live in India. My mother is a housewife and father is retired in their 60s. Due to parent's financial situation, I thought it's good that I apply for supervisa rather than Visitor's Visa. I have few questions if any of you experts can guide me in correct directions:

1. Can I as a child apply for their visa application online from the website? They have limited understanding of application process.
2. Can I register a new account and apply for both of the application or I can file one single application for both?
3. If they're going to stay 2-3 months, do I need to get an insurance for an entire year?
4. What's the best Canadian insurance company for reasonable prices for super visa? Is it possible to get visa for their actual stay not an entire year?
5. Do I need to notarize invitation letter or they accept it without notary?

Thanks in Advanced!

1. yes you can act as their representative or help them apply while you are in Canada
2. They can apply together
3. You only need insurance while they are in Canada
4. Price is dependent on their age, health issues, etc. Stick with one of the large Canadian insurance companies but you can get quotes from the different companies. You can c,adrift but yes you should be able to get a refund for unused months.

Hi All

Would it be okay if I fill in my info in representative? I got confused with the clause that you need to be outside of canada...but I guess this is for people for whom we are applying? Correct

I add this form "Use of Representative IMM5476", When I submitted my parent Super Visa application in Nov. 2022.

Hello everyone. I want to apply for my parents super visa on their behalf through ircc portal. I will be their representative as well. As I try to fill the information in sign up page, it asks for invite code. What code do we use? Another question is: Can i enter my phone number (canadian phone number) in the sign up page?
please reply. Thank you
