Supervisa after further medical request

Hi @Bryanna today I got update on my parents supervisa application. It shows my mother application approved. But what about my father application , I submitted both applications and what next after this process? Thanks

Both submitted paper application but I linked my mother application online after getting file number from them . I checked status today and it’s approved but m worried about my father application. What is counterfoil meaning ?, It shows on my mother’s document status .

Try linking your dad's application. It's probably approved too.

Counterfoil is the PG-1 visa sticker that is pasted in the passport. The online status would also state the validity of your mom's PG-1. Do check that

Yeah I checked it will expire on 2027/04 one day before passport expires.

Send a Case Specific Inquiry to the visa office concerned and attach it....

I however have a question... how were you able to submit the application without the insurance upload????

How can I send an inquiry to visa office?. Please, can you explain it?. Actually, I didn't get any online option document where I can upload the insurance document. This is the reason I forget to upload it.

If there was no tab to upload the insurance then the checklist you had wasn’t for a supervisa but for an ordinary trv...

did you provide your t4s or Notice Of Assessments??

No, its supervisa checklist. I upload bank statements, T4, NoA and job letter.

The medical insurance is mandatory for super visa applications. You must send it to the visa office asap through an IRCC web form/ Case Specific Enquiry + email..... otherwise your ;parents would be risking refusals (or in the best case, your parents might be granted TRVs instead). You've delayed it quite a bit already.

Ok. So I need to do Case specific enquiry separately for my both parents. Do you have email address where i can send my document.
Not yet medical request. Its just showing application in progress.
