Supervia - when to pay?

We applied for the supervisa online and already got the AOR, but there is no where to be found to pay the application fee. When do you have to pay for the application fee?? Please help.

when you are about to submit online documents you attach them and then you proceed to pay, there is no way you could have missed that and without paying there is no way your application was submitted
