Just email them back saying you are unable to attend, please re-schedule. I only said I will be out of town. It was rescheduled about 10 days after and I got my PR already.

They got back with an new appointment 13 days later. The new appointment is 13 days after the original appointment.

I told them I can’t make it because I’m out of town. No question ask, didn’t provide any documents, and it was rescheduled in a week

Medical Request: April 15, 2019 Medical passed: May 4, 2019 Background check started: May 28, 2019 I got my Background check started 6 weeks after medical request.
