IRCC has stopped the upfront medical for people in India.
Not sure where exactly your family is located.
Though in general people can do upfront medical for any visa type.

The best bet is to raise a Web form, include all details like File Number, UCI or application number.

Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite the visa process.

Are you an international student? You are posting in the international student section.

This is the international student section. International students can’t have their parents come to Canada on a supervisa.
