I want to apply for a super visa for my mother... My wife and myself make the amount required to be able to apply... My problem is we don't have any saving, no crazy amount of money in the bank either. So I was wondering if I can still apply? Would it be approved eventhough we don't have any saving but make enough on our NOA? Also I owe some taxes to the CRA, would this affect my application?

You should delay the application and accumulate some savings. If you don't have any savings currently there will be concerns that you will not be able to support another person on top of paying for supervisa insurance and a flight.

I have applied for my parents. Twice within the last 13 years. My in laws too. Successful every time. Never been refused.

No need from your side to proof your savings.

You - employment letter including, job type, where in ontario, hours you work, permanent or not, how much you get paid hourly. Signed dated from your manager, and his/her contact number.
Same for your wife.

2017 tax return for you both.

For parents, at list $ 5000 each of them bank certificates.

If parents are under the age of 80 no need for medical insurance, unless you want too.

Over 80, yes you need too.

You should go ahead and apply.

Good luck !!! ;)
