My mom is working but she never travel outside her country and I am think this is may impact the decision. What should I do. I really need my mom here for 6months to help me with my kids. Thanks!

Go ahead and apply just make sure to address the reason why she was refused initially. This is usually done by providing additional documentation and be sure to include emergency medical insurance with the application. If you need super visa insurance contact me I will be happy to assist you.

If your mom only staying for 6 months, then go for the regular single/multiple visa. Two years ago, my mother-in-law was approved despite she had never travel out of her home country and being retired.

Go to Citizenship and Immigration website and download all the forms to submit.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa.asp
Follow instructions on this site.
To increase chances of being approved document ties to the country of origin, these have to be actual documents not just a letter.
Purchase and include proof of medical insurance - you can contact me directly I will help you with insurance.
Submit application - praying always helps this can be stressful.
Wait for the medical exam.
Get Super Visa Approved
Book plane flight and amend effective date of insurance to coincide with the actual departure date.
Have a party when your Mom arrives in Canada.
Good Luck
Gary

The gentleman is right you can apply for a regular visitors visa but from what I have been told by immigration professionals it is easier to get approval for a super visa. If you do apply for a regular visitors visa and your Mom decides to stay longer than six month in Canada you always have the option to apply for a super visa while she is in Canada.

Here are what is meant by ties to country of origin.

If you are submitting an application by yourself, document your parents and/or grandparents ties to their country of origin. Ties to the country of origin can include but limited to the following:

a home in the home country;

a spouse or common-law partner or dependants who stayed in the home country;

personal property in the home country, such as a car or furniture; and social ties in home country.

The other factor that is often taken into consideration is if your parent(s) and/or grandparent(s) have traveled for business or pleasure to other counties.

They can also take into account any membership in religious organizations in country of origin and money in bank accounts.

I am sure the list can be more extensive, bear in mind I am an insurance broker not an Immigration professional. I have had clients use the services of the law firm hosting this site their fee to my clients was $1,000.00 for a super visa application and my clients were very happy with their services. You don't have to use the services of a representative but for some it is a viable option.

I am still not comfortable taking my quotation site live and have not seen any that take into account all the variables needed to provide good service to super visa clients. Hopefully mine will be better but no quotation system is perfect.
For example people read the policy but few actually look at the definitions of what is being asked, every company has its own definitions. It is confusing and complicated.

To show you what I mean here is a link to CBC Investigative Reports on Travel Insurance

http://www.cbc.ca/marketplace/2012/trippedup/

It is a complicated product and requires attention to detail, keep in mind insurance brokers are not medical underwriters or medical professionals. Anyone that tell you just click here and buy is dangerous to themselves and all their clients.
