Hi
My parents currently have a normal 6 month stay visitor visa, and I have applied for their super visa. The biometric of the super visa is still pending due to the pandemic closure of VACs. It's been almost a year.
Hence, I am planning to travel my parents to Canada on their current visitor visa and continue the super visa application process(once they resumed) like biometric or passport collection within Canada.
1. Is that feasible? Is there any chance of rejection of their super visa application based on this?
2. Although the medical report submitted were valid when I applied for the super visa application but they are over 1 year of issuance currently.
Do I need to do their medical again and resubmit?
Please suggest.
Thanks,
Sunny
