I want to bring my mother t Canada from India for helping me during a medical treatment. Can I make the online application from canada on my mother's behalf?
I have arranged the invitation letter, income confirmation, Rental agreement, proof of relationship. I have asked my mother to get certificate from CA in india showing her assets to prove financial ties. I will arrange for insurance tomorrow. What else would I require.

everything looks okay if it is for a regular visa-just make sure to show enought financial and ties to home country
Super visa= you might have to buy medical insurance for the applicant and also might have to undergo a medical examination, if is is approved.

No, you can't make an online application from Canada because you have to submit her passport along with the application. Try to send all your documents to India and have your mother apply for it after filling up all the forms.

Also in your Inviation letter : Dont mention that you are calling her for help during your medical treatment. They will deny it reading it on your letter.

you can apply online, no need to mention that you are applying on her behalf, but attach the auhorization form to get future info on the case her behalf. Send all the documents along with your mothers "upfront medical" (google this). Then wait for VO to request the passport that your mother can courier to the nearest VO or per VO request.
