super visa told to do the medical again

hi there, i have question regarding super visa medical examination, i have submitted my moms super visa application, last month 12th September, we have done upfront medical examination to make the process faster, after submission we have been told to do the medical again despite we have submitted the medical with the application, is there anyone had this kind of situation, and what can i do in this situation? do we have to do the medical again? i know that medical valid for a year, and is there any explanation why do they even told us to do medical again despite we submitted the valid medical done 2 weeks ago from listed ircc medical physician with the application, (i even submitted a webform right away telling them that we have done medical and it been submitted with application plus i attached medical report again with the webform but its been 4 weeks i did not hear back from them whether they got the medical or they are still under the perception that we did not do the medical or we are going to the medical) please if someone can give me any idea or suggestion it would be really helpful.

If the medical was done recently it will be fine. Given the very large volume of emails and repeat emails IRCC receives it can take a while to get a response but assume you should get a response confirming that there is no need to repeat the medical again. The medical will need to be assessed to see if any further testing is required.

thanks for your reapply and really appreciate. and it makes sense what you said, i was planning to submit application for my both parents but when i did medical for both, my father had something on his x-ray. i had a call from medical center and an email form Delhi immigration requesting for additional test for my father. we had to postpone his application submission and for additional test we had to do cough test for 3 days, and i am still waiting for his test to come out to see if he has TB, (fortunately he has super visa until December 25th 2023 my mom's super got expired already). when they asked for additional test they only asked for my father they did not asked anything for my mother. is there any possibility that they still can ask for farther additional test for my mother too despite i did not get any additional test request in first place like my father from medical center or Delhi immigration center.

If your father has TB he should not be attempting to come to Canada. Impossible to know if any further testing will be required. Attempting to do upfront testing means that you are guessing what further testing will be required. When you submit the medicals you could be asked to do other testing. Would suggest applying for the supervisa and letting IRCC determine what further testing is required.

Thanks for you reply again. Yesterday my moms medical status changed from we are requesting medical to we are reviewing your medical results. I tried to contract with medical center (where we did the test) to see if they got instructions for my mother to do any further additional testing. They said they did not get any instructions yet. Now we are hoping to get smooth medical pass and get passport requests hopefully soon.
