Looking feedback, if my parents who are visiting Canada on Super Visa from India can change their status to Work Permit, if employer provides them positive LMO Can they apply within Canada or must leave Canada?

They can, if you find a regulated consultant and ready to pay him $25K or more, who will arrange a JOB. That's why Politicians created this occupation in Canada because an educated person is not able to fill his or her own forms.
