I somehow find this forum helpful, sharing is caring, here’s my timeline:

Medical: upfront
Applied: Feb 12 2025 (IRCC Portal)
Biometrics collection letter: Feb 13 2025
Biometrics done and received: Feb 21 2025
Medical passed: Mar 5 2025
Tracker changed to background and eligibility check in progress, so does portal
BVL: Mar 16 2025
Portal changes to Final Decision Mar 17 2025 in progress, tracker remains silent, tracker documentation is blank
Original passport request and Medical surveillance undertaking letter: Mar 17 2025

In my case I guess worth to mention I did not provide any property or income proof for my mom as I claim to sponsor fully, provided 3 months bank statement showing salary for my dad; both their passport are blanks; I read from this forum that if BVL received obviously a decision has made, some said it is queued for either PPR or rejection letter, depending on if tracker has Visa number pre-popped under documentation. Being honest by reading this I thought my parents are both rejected until I received passport request, I think this is 99% approval unless they do want to stamp a denial for 5 years. I guess I will be worried until I really see the super visa stamped but not as much as yesterday. Another thing I did get confused is that medical surveillance undertaking, it says they will have to report to a local health authority within 30 days arrival in Canada, I checked on IRCC it says if a broader agent request you to do so just disregard (yes, this is quoted from official IRCC), but anyways I will do more investigation after they actually got the Visa stamped.

I guess my real take-away is BVL to PPR is not a guarantee, and no records in tracker after BVL is neither a guarantee to rejection, so I’d like to share this and say “stay cool guys and good luck”.

Which country did you apply from (parents' residence)?

You have mentioned Tracker changed to background and eligibility check in progress, so does portal. So what is tracker is it different website than the portal we submitted an application. If so can you just post the link please?

Hey there, surely, tracker is not same as portal, to be specific, IRCC use two methods for online applications: old IRCC site (known as GCKEY) and new Portal site, tracker is where you get update on the application. Here’s the link http://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/

You’ll need to use it after application is submitted and register using UCI and for each applicant, you’ll need to have access to the email used in application to receive validation code.

Info between IRCC and tracker are more or less same but you could get a little bit extra info by reading both, this forum provides a lot tricks in different cases which I found very helpful. Good luck! :)

Update-

Mar 17 tracker update to match PPR in portal
Mar 17 tracker eligibility completed
Mar 18 Passport sent and received by local VFS
Mar 18 Super visa number updated in tracker until expiry of passport
This marks a done I think, just waiting the passport to get back.

Like I said, stay cool guys you’ll get there. Generally the process was really smooth, I felt super visa is essentially what Canada is offering to compensate low processing rate of parents sponsorship program, we just need to be very careful that all requirements are met that give AI/agent no room to reject. But again, stay positive and diligent!

Hi thank you for the answer.

I actually got the link after I posted reply here. I actually submitted my parent's file as a representative so I thought to sign up and login as a representative. I logged in but it was not showing super visa application. It was just showing me previously rejected visitor visa file and that too only for my mother. I applied for my father and mother both. So I don't know where is the problem.

So now I created my mother's account there to see the update. But as usual IRCC has not updated the details since a month. So don't know now what's going on. Hope they come back soon with the update.

What do you suggest should create tracker account for each applicant I mean my mother and father both to see if super visa updates are there or not? I do have UCI and my application is submitted already 25 days back. So it should work probably.
Did you submitted their file specifically “as a representative” or you applied for them with IMM 5476? I felt you should try using their own UCI and application number, as far as know from all my previous applications, tracker is just an info console there’s no negative impact to register for your parents. Good luck.

I just followed through the form we have on ircc portal for visa application. I added my name as representative and uploaded IMM 5476 in document section as they already asked to upload.

And yes I actually now created my mother's account on tracker website. I am able to see my latest application submitted. But there they haven't updated the site since a month when I applied. so now actually I don't know what's going on. Hope they reply back soon with some updates.
