i got married in 1987 and now going to apply for parents super visa. kindly clarify only marrige certificate is accepted or amarrige agremment with full details of marrige notasrised by advacate in chennai accepted

Hi everyone.. I applied for my mom's supervisa in Nov 2020... She gave upfront medicals.. But still no update on her file.. She has a valid visitor visa for 10 yrs already too...

I applied for supervisa for my mother when I was expecting a baby so that she can help me with the baby.
Applied online June 03,2020
Correspondence letter June 04.2020
Biometric request August 2020
Biometric done(Vac was closed for so long cz of pandemic) January 13 2021
No progress yet
My baby was born.He is 16 months old now couldn’t go back to work cz nobody to take care of my baby.
Emailed twice…they said they are busy with current situation
There is any advice what should I do?
Anyone got visa who applied in this time?
