Super Visa - Requirement to show ties to Home country

Hi,
My mom is a widower and stays in my brother's (own) house in India. She has visited Canada multiple times on a Visitor visa. I am planning to apply for a super visa. She doesn't have any pension or land on her name to show as ties with her home country. Can you please advise what other document we could show for ties with the Home country?

what did she show when she applied for visitor visa? In my opinion visitor visa would be much harder to get , and if shes already visited canada multiple times and followed all the rules she should get the super visa easily. Super Visa puts the financial burden on you, and not sure how important ties to home country are if they are allowing 2 year stays...wait is it 5 now?
