Hi, I traveled on my first super visa 2 years back and stayed in Canada for 2 months and return back to my country. This time when I came back to Canada, the officer stamped my passport that I need to leave in 2 weeks as my 2 years from first entry expires on June 31st. My visa is still valid till Nov of 2015. What does this mean?

1) Can I re-enter Canada on July 1st? I have valid US visa - Shall I drive to South on June 31st and re-enter Canada on 1st of July. Will I be allowed?
2) I thought super visa allows me to stay in Canada for upto 2 years. Is it restricted to one time for 2 years during the duration of super visa? Whats the point for getting a 10 year super visa then?
3) In multiple entry visit visa, every time you come and go, you get upto 6 months of duration to stay. Why in super visa, are they counting my stay from the very first time entry to Canada? I left Canada and returned back from overseas after a year.

Thanks in advance for help on this topic.

There is no such thing as June 31st! You will need to call them for clarification.

Hi Steaky, Thx for your reply, however you didnt answer my question.

Can someone please help? Is there any restrictions on super visa that one cannot stay in Canada for more than 2 years throughout the duration of visa. In my case, I left country and came back yesterday however the officer has stamped my passport and asked me to leave in 2 weeks as my time from initial entry is expiring end of June. FYI - My visa is still valid till end of year.

Thx

It doesn't matter how long your visa is valid. If you want to extend your stay, the best bet is to actually apply for extension. You should make the application as soon as possible either online or paper.
