Super Visa Remedical and other questions

Hello All,
I've applied a super visa for my parents. My mother got a Visa approved.
However, my father receives re- medical test as doctors found a scar of X-ray. ( He received a call from the hospital )
My father did CT-scan and its been more than a week since medical.
When I should expect response from CIC?

Meanwhile, I applied through a representative.
I checked with the rep. they say they receive no response from CIC regarding my parents.

Now, I am confused how would I know UCI or application number, I tried to link the application to online but no luck.
Please advise how can I proceed from here.

It ‘s unclear because it’s hard to know whether they are doing more than the TB tests which would be x-rays and cultured. He may still need to do a sputum test.

Hi,
The sputum test is done. Now the hospital person says it will take 2 months to get the results and then an x-ray will be performed.
but How can i get UCI or application number ?
Should I call CIC to get the information as so far we've not received any email communication from CIC. Thank you
