Super Visa Rejection

Hi All

I applied online for a super visa for my mother on Sunday March 3rd. We paid the $150 fee, scanned all the documents and sent the application. On Tuesday morning March 5th we received a generic rejection letter from Vienna embassy stating the following:
"Other Reasons: You have not provided documentation required for eligibility for a Super Visa. You may wish to re-apply for a visitor's Visa."
What kind of reason for rejection is that? I am sure we provided all the documents they required. As proof of eligibility, I provided my birth certificate where it states my mother and father, and my marriage certificate showing my change of last name. I also provided proof of income that we are capable of supporting an extra member of family.
What other document do they need? And shouldn't they send me a letter saying please provide this document in order for your application to proceed?
On the CIC website it clearly says the reason for delaying (not rejecting) your application may be insufficient documentation.
Please help me, don't know what else I can do since I can not contact anyone in Vienna.

Thank you

Did you provide proof of insurance?

Yes

When applying online I was surprised that they did not ask for proof of insurance. However under other additional documents option we included the confirmation letter from the insurance company.

What kind proof of income did you submitted and did your parents undergo medical exam? How about your invitation letter?

For proof of income we submitted both of our T4 forms from this year. My income alone is above the limit for a 4 person household. And I included a letter of employment that states my yearly income as well.
My mother did not undergo the medical exam because that is done afterwards, after they process the application they ask for the medical exam. Even if my mother did the medical exam we wouldnt get the results to send with the application because they are sent directly to the visa office.
And yes we included the invitation letter stating that we promise that we will provide full financial support for her while she is with us in Canada.
We submitter documents for every point they asked for online.

You can apply again right away.

The only reason you might not be able to apply again right away is if there was a finding of misrepresentation and you were given a 2 year ban from entering Canada.

Otherwise there is nothing stopping you from applying again right away.
