Super visa refused

Hello everyone,

I applied for my parents super visa online which is recently got rejected.

I have received two following reasons for denied:

• You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your or your host's income and assets.
• You have not provided proof of obtaining Super visa medical insurance

But I uploaded the 1 year super visa insurance for both applicants, also proof of sufficient funds were provided from host and applicants

I cannot understand the second reason of denial.

Any thoughts and help on this is much appreciated.

Proof of permanent resident


Duration of visit was requested: 3 months

In my opinion, Super Visa for parents and grandparents has a minimum stay of 6 months up to two year at a time, not really sure though cause I’m just new here and my Mom’s application is currently in process still.

For under 6 months stay, try to reapply for Visitor Visa.

I know that only option I have left to reapply

But my biggest concern now is that how I can asurre that officer will receive my all uploaded documents second time. Is there a glitch applying online?

I am hesitate to apply online now. Second reason of refusal is so unreasonable.

Every officer is different, apply again and it’ll go to a different officer and hope for the best
Its okay my brother’s visitor visa was rejected but he got it second time
My mom’s supervisa was rejected cause they said we didn’t send the passport for visa stamp but we never received any passport request and second time her visitor visa was approved and she just got supervisa also few days ago
So its just bad luck
Mine was refused few time and every case i had absolutely right documents it was just bad luck so apply again and i think she’ll get it this time

Thank you for your reply. i did send my query to the provided email in the refusal letter.I am not sure if i am getting any response on it. My plan is to wait for 1 week, if no response then reapply.

You are right, i will reapply for them, Instead of wasting my time and energy on the existing application. But i will prefer paper application this time.

I also suggest applying gcms notes first for detailed information of your parents application. You will then see any errors you might have committed on the first application. Good luck and keep us posted!
