Super Visa questions

I am hopping someone can help me in my questions about super visa. I am a permanent resident of Canada and I am applying the Super Visa for my mother online on her behalf and I have below questions:

1. My mother is illiterate and she cannot sign. I know that the online application need not to be hand signed but there are other documents that needs to be signed. How to proceed with those forms without sign?

2. The online application process for Super Visa doesn't have any document mentioned in any section (There are two sections: first application form, second supporting documents ) for showing the home ties. Do we need to show home ties for online super visa. If yes, how/where to upload that document.

1. Mark an X or some other arrangement of ink on paper. How has your mother signed her passport, for example?

2. Yes, you must show home times. There is never a specific document for home ties in any visa - it comes through the financial status documents and the "client information" documents and the "purpose of visit" documents. You must include information in the supporting letter and financial documents.
