Hello!!
My dad applied for a super-visa to come to Canada.
He submitted his police certificate which says "No Live Trace" as he received a caution 20 years ago.
He ticked "No" on 'Have you ever been arrested, charged, or convicted of a criminal offence" etc.
Should he have ticked yes? (I'm unsure as technically he wasn't arrested, just cautioned and in my eyes a 'criminal' offence is something that you've stood before a judge.) - I'm unfamiliar as I don't have any record and not entirely sure which one is correct.
