i am applying for a super visa for my parents from china. i am working in USA with L1 visa and my parents are living with us(my wife , two kids and me) in usa now who hold the USA visitor visa. my wife and i got the PR card recently, and now i want to apply for the super visa in USA online, and i came across a couple of problems. here are the questions:

1. is it ok to write the address where i received my PR card, as the address is my friend's in canada?
we will go to canada four months later. i want to attach a explanation letter to illustrate why my parent are in usa with us , and when will go to canada with us.

2. as for the financial support, is it ok for me to provide the financial income in usa? i work full-time in usa before i got PR card and continue to work in usa for a couple of years.

3. my biggest concern is the address, as the whole family members are living in use now, and we do not have our own house in canada
, and we intend to go to canada with parent together. how can i do to avoid the denial of visa.please give me some suggestions. thanks

Your parents don't qualify for a super visa. In order to apply for a super visa, you and your wife must meet the income requirements and this income must be from Canadian sources. Since you are working in the US, your income isn't from Canadian sources and you don't meet the requirements to sponsor your parents.

They will have to apply for a regular visitor visa if they wish to visit Canada.

Since you are six people, you will need to show $57,826 in Canadian income to qualify to bring your parents to Canada on a super visa.
