Super Visa - Online application from Bangladesh

Please provide an idea about the amount that needs to be available in Canadian bank account to invite a parent.

My Mum will probably come later next year since my younger sister still in Bd. Hope They will come together once my sister get student visa next year Inn Sha Allah.

Mum submitted her passport on Sunday but no update yet in application status. VFS shows Passport status and additional document received. Hope they process last step faster. Any update in your side?

My mother-in-law is planning to come in May. What about your parents?

Hi CNF,

From your list I see you are filling out Visitor visa not super visa. In Super visa there is no section named Proof of Means of Financial Support (required), rather you will see Medical Insurance Coverage (Required) section.

I would recommend you to go over the questionnaire and answer them carefully.

I don't see any section for medical insurance. Here are the sections in my application:

insurance policy and pay receipt
2014 T4, 2 months paystubs
doctors certificate (my wife is pregnant)
Employer letter, business card
Both me and spouse passport copy
marriage certificate
wife birth certificate
both PR card
6 months bank statement
invitation letter

From mother-in-law's side:
photo
passport copy

do we need to provide digital photo? My CIC generated a tab for that..I thought digital photo will be covered with biometric.

Glad to see you are in right track now. You can upload any addition document with Invitation Letter section. All you do is embed all the scanned files in One Pdf file then you can compress it to lower the size. I bought daily insurance policy with 500 dollar deductible from G.M.S
