My parent's timeline is as follows:

Applied Super Visa Online: 19th Oct
Biometric was already given two years ago though visa was refused-TRV)

Hi, I have a quick question on the eligibility for SV. I am a PR holder since 2017 and have filed Tax for 2017 & 2018. However, I was not living in Canada. I moved permanently in 2019 June and Started working full time in Sep 2019. I am eligibile as per LICO seeing my annual income. I got a letter from my organization mentioning the Salary for the year. Now the problem is that am i eligible to apply as during Tax Submission 2017 & 2018 I did not earn LICO. But I can prove it from my HR letter provided mentioning my Salary.
Pls help.

I applied for my father supervisa in oct and i was expecting the result before jan 1,2020 but i think it is going to take one more month so because of this i had to change the dates on insurance policy so now do i have to upload it again in my cic account?

Guys can u help. My mother in law is a widow and a house wife. I am doing her paperwork for the super visa. Do I need to prove she will go back to India? What proof can I give??

Yes i will but first i will wait for 58 days to be completed because i applied online on 5 nov but Canadian immigration send my file to vac delhi on nov 21 so i have to wait till 21 jan .

I applied super visa for my mom too during the same timeline.

Applied Online: November 2nd with Upfront medical
BioMetric Requested: November 3rd and Submited on November 7th
Review of medical results: November 26, 2019: passed the medical exam
Visitor Acknowledgement Letter from Delhi: November 27th

After that, no update.

rai786, you mention the date the CIC forward the file to Delhi Vac. How did you figure out that date? Did you assume the date of `Visitor Acknowledgement Letter` received From Delhi as the date cic forward to Delhi?

Absolutely. You need to show all the binds she has to come back home (house/land title, bank statement, Government Pension, etc.) you can also add that she still has mother or kids that needs her and to go back to. Just give all the documents the shows that she has a strong tie back home. Car and work don’t count. Our consultant can add more to this.
