Super Visa - Nov 2021 timelines

Hi Guys ,

What is this new Portal You are talking about ?
I know one Portal which is GC one ,
So suppose we have to apply new Super visa application , then apply where ? (GC or some new portal launched)?

please suggest

1st Application submitted : 10 Nov 2020.
Biometric Done : 10 Aug 2021
Second Application submitted on new IRCC portal : 5 Nov 2021 with existing Biometrics + Upfront Medical
Old application shows status Medical Pass on Dec 13 2021
Old Application Status changed to withdrawn 15 March 2022
New application Approved & PPR Request : 3 Apr 2022

Thanks and this link i was able to search earlier also
but as I mentioned earlier it is asking invite code when clicking on "Sign up "
so to apply for Super Visa for my parents , where I will get this Invite Code?
OR this is just for applicant , who invited for "Express entry /PNP" (PR program )?
