Create a tracker account using UCI number and details of your parents. You have to create an account for each person.

When i applied for my parents super visa. I had PR status. Now my status is citizen. Do i need to update the super visa application. If yes then how? Any leads would be highly appreciated

I would suggest you call/visit the hospital and ask if they have received any further request for you father’s medical. They sometimes miss calling you.

Other than that, submit a webform to IRCC to provide updates.
