Hello Everyone,

Last Year we had applied for super visa but due to the number of days of stay mentioned in the invitation letter the visa officer provided TRV (V-1) instead of super visa. TRV issued up to passport expiry. My parents have already visited after the issuance of the TRV. Now we want to re-apply for super visa so they can stay up to 2 years, what do we justify in the new invitation letter. Currently my dad is retired and mom is house wife. Previously my dad was employed and we had mentioned that in our last invitation letter. Do we mention employment status about my dad in the new invitation letter?

Info about me:
we are in Toronto for more than 2 years. I have a full time job. Taxes have been done for the last 2 years.

Appreciate your responses. Thanks.

Your parents may have been refused a supervisa because you hadn’t been in Canada long enough. You should choose over 6 months as their length of stay.
