Super visa for parents, Medical Insurance suggestion ?

I want to buy the medical insurence for super visa purpose for my parents. I have figured out few companies who provide insurce at lower prices. Can any one tell if they have any idea about the following companies.
Cumis, Destination Canada, Travel Shield
Are they good and not a scam, How are their customer service , Do they process claims genuinely ?
Any information will be helpful.

I did from destination canada. Called couple of times to initiate a claim however there was no need afterall as no doc visit.. on call was satisfied overall.
