please I need some answers if anyone has this same issue I'm having!! I applied for super visa for my Mother in August they replied me in November 10/17 asking for my 2016 tax documents which I sent to them the same day. On the next day I received another email asking that my mother go for medical, she did the medical in Sierra Leone on November 20th/17 and the panel physician sent the results same and told my mother that her result was very good!! I waited, after 30 days I received a letter on my online account from the high commissioner in the U.K. She said my application will be canceled because I didn't provide a medical!! Oh God I was very sad I called my mother, she called the panel physicians they said they sent the results we even had all the documents, I was confused so I decided to call cic here in Winnipeg, lucky for me the lady that pick told me that they received the results that same day but it's unfortunately Ghana embassy didn't??!! .. I was very angry at the panel but he told us that, they were instructed to send the results here in Canada!! So I email Ghana explaining to them the miscommunication with the IME number that the lady gave to me... it's almost 4 weeks I email them up till now no respond my online account is still showing that medical exam was failed. But where it's say final decisions it's blank!! There is nothing there..Please has anyone go through this ??? I'm very worried I have to go back to work next month I have no where to leave my baby !! HELP!!!
