Super Visa for Both Parents

Hi there,

I am a permanent Resident and I am trying to apply for Super Visa for both my parents. I have been asked to fill the 5257 E form for it, is it the correct one? and this form is only asking specifically one person's details, how do I make sure I am applying for both my parents? ( I AM FILING THE APPLICATION AS MY FATHER CURRENTLY)

Hi I'm also planning to apply for both my parents.
Did you figure out how to apply for both of them in one application.
I also see only one form & fees only accounting for one person.
Please advise. Kind of in a rush.
