Super visa: Father's middle name completely different in his passport. Please advise me, guys!

The middle name of my father is completely different in his passport than what it is in mine. First and last name is same. Can that create a refusal for Super Visa or can a simple affidavit or LOE will help?

Please advise me by your experience, guys. I love my father...

Almost everyone is dealing with these kind of problem, I would say affidavit from your father, with some newspaper name change/update ad. and LOE will help.

It all depends on the availability of time, if you think you have time then its best to make the corrections to your father's middle name but if you don't have enough time then I would say go ahead with LOE and affidavit and you can even mention in LOE that if required you can have it changed in your passport but that will take this much of time.

I think what you actually need for this kind of issue is affidavit confirmation of name.That's if they do that in your country. In the affidavit just make let them know that the 2 names is the same person . But if you have time you can change it.

In India we have a Notary to stamp the affidavits. It is sort of like an oath taken by someone himself. Will that be enough? Have a good one!
