Hello,
Is there anyone who has applied for a Super Visa for his parents (who are farmers)?

Did you show your land-holdings as proof of home ties?
What documents did you submit?

In Maharashtra, all the farm ownership documents (7/12 extracts) are in Marathi.
Does this need to be translated, evaluated, and certified by a CA?
Anyone who has done this before. Please can you guide me?

Thanx

Yes, similar situation. Get the land ownership documents translated to English, get the translations notarized.
Then get a valuation done by an appraiser along with CA report.

It totally depends on the location where the land is located, the number of pages you are get translated, how much a notary and CA charge in that area, if it's a big city you might be paying higher amount. Check with your CA, maybe they can get all this done for you. There is no fix amount, as for time it also depends on your location.

Sorry by similar situation I meant that parent is a Farmer, my documents were not in Marathi, but in another language.
As mentioned, talk to your CA, sometimes they can assist with the translations.
