Super Visa Extension! Need Help

Hi guys,

My dad's super visa is expired this June 2014, and I'd plan to do a renewal super visa for another two more years.

I don't know which application should I fill up or which step should I make.

Really appreciate for you guys response.

The validity of the Visa and the allowed time so stay in Canada are two different things.

i assume since you said it expires in June 2014, you are referring to the visa validity so below are some scenarios

1- If they are currently in Canada they are allowed to stay up to two years except otherwise so you do not need to renew their visa and perhaps its their time allowed to stay you are worried about (you will need to apply for an extension to stay and not a new visa)
2- If they are not currently in Canada, They must enter Canada on or before June 2014 and will be permitted to stay for X amount of time

Yes I'm on the same boat with you. I don't know if my mom can re apply super visa in canada or just a visitor visa as extension..
