Super Visa Extended or Apply again need help

If anyone one can give suggestion or help what should i do.
My Mother-in law apply for super visa on March 2024. Had biometric from previous refuse super visa application valid until April 2027. For that we did not do biometric again. She get a request to do medical on April 2024. When she did medical , medical panel physician ask us to do sputum test due to x-ray shows some inconsistent. Told us it will take 8-10 weeks to get the report. They will call us and do the follow up and will do the exam again. After 2 month we receive an email from Regional medical center to go back same medical panel. Went and did the medical. After 10 days she receive request to submit passport. For us it took only 7 days to submit and get back passport with visa.

April 11 2024- Application Submit from Portal
April 13 2024- Update Biomatric information from previous refuse visa valid until April 2027
April 19 2024 -Receive Medical request
April 24 2024 - Did medical test, same day panel physician request for sputum test , To do next week
August 04 2024- Did medical again
August 16 2024 - Pass medical
August 23 2024- Passport Request
August 27 2024 - submit passport via VFS
Sept 04 2024- Collect passport from VFS

Problem is she get visa valid until her biometric expire date April 2027 days not her passport expire date which expire Feb 2034. I did not know we can enroll again bimatric voluntarily to get longer visa expire date. I check CIC website , once visa approved we can not give biomatric again to get visa date more longer.
Do we can apply to extended her super visa or i have to apply a new application? For Super Visa need to apply outside of Canada. Do i can apply again within this year or has to be after expire ?

In the Airport they did not say nothing and did not stamp on her passport. Only departure stamp on her passport when she leave the country.

Please tell what i should do stay until her visa expire or leave the country and apply again? Are we allow to apply early when visa is valid. My goal is to avoid doing medical again.

She can visit Canada for the 5 years as long as she doesn’t exit Canada when her visa expires in 2027 if she is able to qualify and able to purchase supervisa insurance every year.

once you get bro there is no otherway now in 2027 before her visa expire call her here in canada than she can live with you 5 straight years 2032 no otherway

She can only visit if she can qualify and purchase supervisa insurance every year.

that condition is only to get visa once you get visa noone ask about insurance its upto client if he wants issurance or not but its always good to have insurance but noone gonna ask her mother to show insurance proof at airport or border so plz stop spreading fake news

yes you can get biometric again and do another fresh application for supervisa and yes u can do that here in canada as i converted my parents visitor to supervisa while they were in canada and than i went flagpole at border to get entry on supervisa

Thank you for reply. A quick question. A mistake was made i did not know we can enroll again to biomatric when we submit super-visa application.Currently my mother-in law is in Canada on super-visa.
Are we allow to apply super-visa while she is in Canada? Do we can submit new application even her current visa is valid until 2027. Her passport validity is until 2034. Does her medical is still valid , her current application medical pass was on August 16 2024. Do we have to do medical again if we submit new application.

I will continue keep her Travel insurance and will renew as long as she in Canada

It is always up to CBSA how long she can visit so impossible for any of us to predict if she will be given a 5 year visit. If your mother gets sick she may not be able to qualify for supervisa insurance or it may be extremely expensive. She must have supervisa insurance to be in compliance with her visa.

Sorry for repost,
any suggestion about this. How we can extend her super visa validation with a new application. Mail goal is to avoid doing medical again.She had a hard time to pass medical. Currently she is in Canada on a super-visa from September , 2024. She has a plan to go back next Aug 2025 for 2-3 months. We did not get super visa until her password expire date due to Biomatric validity.
Is she allow to submit a new application while her medical is valid until Aug 16, 2025. We will enrol biometric again. Her current Super-visa is valid until Mar 2027 and passport valid until feb 2034. Does it going have issue or they might refuse if they do is it going to cancel her current valid visa ? If they approve the visa are we allow to submit passport inside Canada or always need to be outside Canada.
