Super Visa delays! Need help!

Hi guys

we applied super visa for my wife’s parents in September pre-medicals were submitted and biometrics also completed-in september itself. Since then(2 months) there is no update.
Wife is pregnant6 th month. Due to some complications she got admitted to hospital and have to be there for rest of her pregnancy.
I have tried multiple ways ( webform, contacting thru local MP) nothing worked out. We really need help from her parents right now.
is there any way that I can either get in touch with ircc to let then know our status. Some friends parents got approvals in a week. Ours is taking forever without any reason.
Any ideas what i can do now?

Sorry to hear about ur situation. It is taking long. I am in same situation as urs. I applied for super visa for my mom as well on 21 September biometric done, medical passed on 10 Nov still waiting for visa it's been 2 months now. 6477797190 is my number please be in touch and do update m about ur in-laws status. And I will do the same for my mom's

Hi there

Finally my In-law's got the passport request after multiple webforms attached with doctor letters. Stamping completed today and my mother inlaw travelling on Dec 29.
Hope you had some good news too.

I hope so but I am happy to hear about ur in-laws news
