Congratulations Rosanna, very happy for the positive results :)
I am in the similar situation my parents visitor visa got rejected twice (1st one applied in July & got rejection in November, 2nd one applied in December & got rejection in January 2025).
I would like to ask you few questions about this super visa and your response is greatly appreciated
May I know the timelines (when it was applied & when it got rejected)of your parents previous rejections please? And may I know the reason for visiting you mentioned for all the applications for your parents visa ?
May I know what financials you mentioned in super visa?

Your response is greatly appreciated!!

I’m 6months pregnant right now and trying to get visitor visa for my parents however I got two refusals :(
Hi,

I submitted a very detailed explanation letter addressing the past refusals. All the three generic refusal reasons were given for TRV's. One was in 2020 Jan, rejection received in 1 month and 1 was in October 2023, rejection received 1 month after, same reasons. This time, I went with Super Visa (rejection rates are lower). I included a separate invitation letter, along with pay stubs, investment details, and an evaluation of their parents’ property back home by a Chartered Accountant. They completed the upfront medical exams and have already provided biometrics. I also added a very detailed explanation letters for past refusals. Reason for me was family reunion etc..

I also involved our local MP this time, and they were kind enough to book an appointment with IRCC to inquire about our application. I believe the MP's involvement was helpful.

Since you are pregnant, please make sure to include any prenatal appointment letters or a doctor’s letter confirming the due date. Also, include the Super Visa insurance confirmation letters. Additionally, I included a Financial Support Letter for the Super Visa application as proof of funds, one picture from my marriage showing my parents, and the marriage certificate.

Make sure to provide the value of each asset in CAD and explain them thoroughly. I think the previous two refusals were due to a lack of explanation and detailed documentation. The chances of refusal for a Super Visa are very low if everything is submitted in detail, so you should be in good shape.

All the best!

Thank you so much for your reply. Do you think I should wait for some time to apply super visa as my second rejection is in Jan 9th, 2025. And I’m not sure if they will reject right away if I apply again without giving a gap?
