My mother was requested to submit her passport in Bangladesh VFS. She is Bangladeshi. Currently, she is visiting Australia. Can she submit her passport in Australia? Did anyone submit their passports in a country other than the one where they applied from?

Yes she can submit any ircc office . My nephew applied from pakistan and he was in USA at the time of approval so he sent hus passport in usa for stamp and got stamped too

Did your nephew get prior-approval from IRCC about submitting passport in the USA? Or did he just go to the VFS in the USA and submit it there?
