Super visa biometric

Hi,
My parents have a valid visitor visa currently. Last year I have applied for their supervisa which got stuck on the biometric state due to the VFS closure in my home country, not sure when will they be open for appointments. My parents are travelling to Canada next month on their current visitor visa.
Can they do the biometric in Canada ? for their supervisa application and proceed.

You need to validate their super visa at the Point of Entry into Canada. Even if it works, how are you going to access PoE without exiting and entering again?

Their super visa application is still in progress, the visa is not yet stamped. They are currently travelling on a normal visitor visa. If the super visa is approved during their stay in Canada. They can validate it by re-entering Canada from the USA.

Hi,
I am in the same boat, my mother have visitor visa and I have applied for her supervisa. Received the biometric request but vfs in India is not taking applicants for super visa category.
Can you please update me if you are able to get your parents biometric done in Canada.

Biometric is still stuck. Its been over a year. No progress.
