Super Visa Bangladesh

I have applied for super visa for my mother, currently i am getting the following passport status:-

""Passport released by the High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:xxxx, Tel: on xx/xx/2012 and is in Transit.It might take 2/3 days in transit to reach Application Centre.""

It didn't mention anything about the medical exam...does this mean the visa was rejected? How do you receive the request for medical exam?

We applied my father in laws for super visa. SVO return the PP and advised to do medical along with PP. Now waiting to get PP.

I have applied for super visa...I am getting this message in the tracker:-

Processed Passport received at DHAKA AC on 03/09/2012. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:

Original Invoice cum Receipt
Passport copy

Does this mean medical exam or it is rejected?

what message do you get when you get request for medical exam??
