Super visa Bangladesh (Singapore office)

Biometric done May 5 & updated online after more than a month no more updates!
Anyone having the same issues?
My mom applied from Bangladesh and visa office shows Singapore.

Today updated medical information saying online that my mom don’t need medical she passed it! Last time gave medical was 2017, is it normal? Will she receive final decision soon?
