Super visa applied in March2021 not response

I applied Super Visa for my parents in March 2021 through GCKey no response after biometrics. Then re applied on June 5, 2022 through new portal finger done in April 2021 which shows on new portal pre medical done on June03 2022. Till today no response Any suggestions
