Super visa application...online or paper aplication?????

Anybody has any idea about online application or paper application which is quicker in order to get response? any experience??
I want to apply for super visa for my inlaws but they are living in village in india and no idea about computer so can I do online application on behalf of them or they can do paper application? please reply....thanks in advance.
