Hello Everyone,
I need some help on applying for super visa. Hope anyone can help me get some answers.
I'm gathering some information on how can I apply for super visa for my Father, his common law partner and my Grandmother.
The situation is that, my father is divorced in Canadian papers as my biological mother filed a divorce here in Canada, now my father have a common law partner and trying to get some information on how he can get a document in the Philippines that he is divorced to my biological mother.
My questions are:
1. Can I apply for my father and his common law partner and my grandmother for a super visa?
2. For letter of invitation, am I writing the each person a letter?
3. My father and Grandmother does not have any work back home, will this be an issue? I am supporting them financial and their place to stay will be our house.
4. Can I do the application on behalf of them?
Thank you in advance for any answers,
