Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

It's been 104 days for my mom's SV app, still no update after medical. Average is 75 days for Manila VO
Do they really not reply on case inquiry?
Are they torturing people to wait, waste money on medical & app fee and then reject later?

I applied for my parents supervise on 28th august ,did an upfront medical for both of them
I have already bought insurance but have not submitted it but mentioned in the explanation letter .
it shows that their medical has been passed but nothing has been updated after that.
My mother is in India and is primary applicant whereas my father is in UAE
I am planning to get married as soon they gets visa and wants to do it before winter.
I am really stressed now
can anyone give me an idea how long it will take them to get passport request?

Did you sent case specific enquiry to CIC as your time is more than average processing time?
someone suggested me to sent one.

Hi

This might be answered already but I need your help/suggestions.

Me and my wife landed March 2016 on PR. I started working July 2016 and filed taxes for 2016 for only 5 months. I am on contract and incorporated so count me as self-employed. I filed 22k for company and about 20k for me and my wife.

Now I do meet the criteria for my self-employed income but I do not want to wait for next year to have my notice of assessment. I applied visitor visa for my mother in law which was refused. I now want to apply for her super visa.

What is the best way to prove my income? Do I include business bank statement, invoices, letter from accountant, letter from employer or something else? Do my mother in law need to provide her bank statement or anything?

^if you're self employed, use a letter from your accountant, is your spouse is employed? use her employment contract with salary or recent payslip.

it still says processing the file in new delhi office. its been month and half . still nothing

Reason: Hosts combined net income is less than LICO for 4 persons
Our combined Total income was $47200 in 2016
our Combined total net income was $39000 because $8200 went to RESP

Please help me which income should be considered for super visa?

Does your mom had any previous visit to other countries? I'm on the process of sending application for my parents and I was told that travel history is a plus in applying Supervisa in Manila VO but I'm not sure about that.

No, she didn't travel recently, her travel was long time ago so it didn't matter, she's unemployed, my invitation letter stated all expenses to be shouldered by me, the atip notes shows eligibility is passed.
The Manila VO has replied to me and we are talking thru email, the problem of the app was the MEDICAL and notice was sent to an invalid email add (she wrote on the clinic's form, my mom's fault, she's old ), there's additional test that should be done, and we are in the process of doing that right now.

After 2-3 days of my email, I think they don't reply when the app is within the average processing time.
