Thank you for the answer. What kind of document my wife needs to provide? Will it work, giving that VO only check line 150 of notice of assessment.
If she add the $30K that mean I can invite both parents then right?

I think you need to understand two different things.

1. Notice of assessment justified you income earned in particular year and line 150 shows total gross income.

2. Apart of income you need to show bank balance in your bank accounts. Which I believe you were referring for your wife ($30K).

If she is working and making 30k in a year and have NOA and you are also making $ 40k as you said than you can invite your parents for sure.

Better to send 6 month statement because visa offers always interested to see weather the applicant has the balance maintained or it has been borrowed.
I included my NOA which shows my income is more than sufficient to invite my mother.
My mother also showing her account balance (Which is joint account with her other son)
Do I still have to show my canadian account balance? If yes, what's better? To show just balance certificate or last 6 months statement?

Hello Friends,

I want to apply super visa for my parents( mother, father and mother-in-law) in New Delhi VFS. As per our recent NOA we meet the requirement of minimum income for 6 members that include.

My Father and mother have not filed any IT returns in last three years. My father has $8000 CAD in his account but mother don't have any account.
My mother-in-law is a retired teacher and we have filed her IT return for last two years now. She has $12000 CAD in her account. She is single parent.

I am attaching following documents with application

1. NOA for me and my husband(approx. 78K)
2. Copies of PR card for both of us
3. Copy of Marriage certificate
4. Copy of birth certificates(me, mu husband and my daughter)
5. Copy of passport (me and my husband)
6. Bank Statement of our personal account
7. Bank Statement of my business account as I have my own incorporation.
8. Upfront medical for parents(mother, father and mother-in-law)
9. Sponsorship letter( which I need to write yet)
10. Medical Insurance of all three applicants.
11.Family Tree for both me and my husband

Could anybody please suggest what other documents are required....
Do we need to do property evaluation for my parents etc.

Thanks in advance

4. Your daughter's birth cert. is not required
9. Invitation letter(s)
11. To prove what exactly?
* If any of your parents is working, provide evidence. It's a very strong home tie.
* It needs to be 2 separate applications, one is for your parents and the other is for your MIL.
* Property evaluation isn't mandatory. But it may help especially if you're from Asian countries.

Thank you for answering. First of all I'm fully aware of the different between NOA and line 150. My question was based on your suggestion " provide a letter / co-sign" If you read my initial post I said I'm the only breadwinner of the family " which means the only household income" My wife is unemployed but has $30K as mentioned is saving/gift/..etc.
So what is the best scenario in this case?
Much appreciated!

To meet income threshold, only NOA or T4 counts.

Having funds in banks is just a back-up, nothing else.

Thanks for answering my queries....

So if it need to be two separate application so is it recommended to submit both together or one by one considering we have sufficient income to submit together?

well your saying its not going to work. No letter or co-sign can suffices :(

when we submit an online application, all the documents and forms are being submitted online? including medicals/police clearance?
or
once we submit online documents, they have to take paper version to the VFS?

All supporting documents need to be uploaded online, no human interaction. Do not print the applications and sign them, just fill the forms and upload them. Online applications have electronic consent.

My 2 cents, go for a paper based application.

Hi Guys,

Need some information from some experienced/Senior members.

I need to apply Super Visa for my Mother, she is widowed and my big brother is in UK, besides we don't have any other siblings, only two brothers. I arrived in Canada in July 2016 and last year I didn't have a job which suffice the requirement of Super Visa but this year by the grace of God I found a job which meets the minimum income threshold; My Questions:

1. Do I still need Notice of Statement, but that will not reflect my minimum income threshold.
2. Can I show my employment letter, my Incorporation statement etc to prove I meet the threshold.
3. What are the documents I will need for Super Visa Application.
4. Estimated time taken for application.

Many thanks in advance.
