I have run into a bit issue here with my Moms supervisa application.. may be someone can give me some advise?

I applied for my mom supervisa,

Biometrics done.

Medicals done and my cic shows that she passed her medical.

Now the sad part is, on her way back from the doctors office, her bag was stolen which had her passport in it.

I have reported it to police, put an ad on the news paper, applied for new passport and emailed the consulate in singapore with all the details.

Usually i have seen in the past that one gets their passport request two after their medicals been done.

It's been three weeks i have not heard from the consulate. :(

My mother has already got her new passport and i have emailed the consulate a scanned copy of her new passport.

No news from them? What shoud i do? Can i call them? Send them another email? is it within normal processing time ?

Any words wisdom is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Wait for another 1~2 weeks. As long as your mom has the new passport, it shouldn't be a problem.

For future, keep the copies of the stolen passport safe.

hello guys, I have few questions regarding super visa. Please help me if you have any information about super visa.
1. Can i apply super visa online on behalf of my parents from canada, as they are in India (Home country )
2. What is the current processing time of super visa?
3. Do i have to keep working during the the process of super visa application because i am planning to leave my job.

i would be very thank full, if someone can help with these question.

Thanks

Hi All,

This is the second time I applied for my mother's super visa, and it got rejected. This time, they make the comment that "all the document has not been provided".

I checked, I provide all the documents, and if they wanted more documents they should ask me... I really don't know what should I do. I really need my mother visa so she could see.

Please advise me something. What should be my future action? What should I do?

I will really appreciate your advice.

Regards

Immigration officers consider several things before they decide if you can come to Canada. You must be a real visitor to Canada who will leave by choice at the end of your visit. An officer will look at these things when you apply:

your ties to your home country,
the purpose of your visit,
your family and finances,
the overall economic and political stability of your home country, and
an invitation from a Canadian host.
You must also:

prove that your child or grandchild in Canada meets a minimum income threshold,
provide a written statement from that child or grandchild that he or she will give you financial support,
have valid Canadian medical insurance coverage for at least one year and
have an immigration medical exam.

Did you send all of the above?

Thank for replying.

I have send all the above documents. I have T4 which is more than $55K (which is enough for 3 person). Actually I am quite frustrated by the fact that the reason which they are mentioning "all the documents has not been provided" which I am unable to understand. Because I provided every thing to them....

Right now I have requested for ATIP notes, before applying for third time.

I just received an email from Visa processing office that they have made a mistake while reviewing my case and they have issued a medical assessment for my mother...

So conclusion, if you are sure that your case is strong then you can send case enquiry to case officer, that will make a difference.

Thanks

Wow Congratulations
So happy for you. Actually I applied my parents second time as well.
First time they said I have not provided sufficient documentation to support host income.
I attached 2015 Option C paper. Second time I attached NOA 2015

congrats meghani :)
