For parent super visa, do they need to do medical before or after applying?

Please let me know ASAP
You can choose any. Read: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-temp.asp

- If you choose to do an upfront medical, attach the copy that the doctor provides with your application
- If you choose to do it later, wait for instruction your visa office provides

An upfront medical may save you some time.

My parent is planning on visiting for 2 months for the first time. Maybe in 5 years, he will stay for one year continuously. Should we say my dad is intend to visit for 2 months or 7 months? If we say, 2 months, would they issue him a regular visitor visa instead of a super visa?

They may.

On a similar note, my mom stayed only for 3 months on her first entrance with Super Visa. Yet, we applied making a statement that she intends to stay for 8 months. On her second entrance, she stayed for 19 months.

Hello Everyone,

I am about to start applying for my mom for the Super Visa and I have a few quick questions:

1) While applying online, I am mainly confused about filling up the fields (I am applying for my mom and will be representing her). So should the information in the fields be my information and then add a family member? Or should I fill them with my moms point of view?

2) Also if I am representing her should I mark this as yes? Are you giving someone access to your application?

3) I moved to Canada in Oct' 2015 and got a job in Jan' 2016 there by my NOA for 2014-2015 was $0. (Don't think that would be an issue? As I am above the LICO now.)

Any response is highly appreciated!

Thanks & Regards

I applied Super-visa online for my Parents, I am wondering if I send a new document Via CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY
What do you guys think it will be attached to my application or not?
Anybody has experience with this

I believe They really like to see your NOA for LICO.

Ok so in this case would it be better then just to apply for a visitors visa? Any thoughts?

With best of my knowledge I think you should apply for Visitor Visa. Because I applied for first time with job letter and paystub, they refused it...
In this form, there's a lot more experienced guys, maybe they can suggest you better on that.

I'm not an expert in Online Application. But I think you should fill out from your mom's point of view.

Sure, you can be her representative. In that case, you have to fill out Representative Form.

There is nothing called a NOA for 2014-15. It's either for 2014 or 2015. To be eligible to apply for Super Visa in 2016, you must show T4 or NOA from 2015.

Sorry I meant NOA for 2015, I do have that but since I had no income in that, the amount totals to $0. My current job started in Jan'2016 and I can show a letter from Employer, Pay Stubs since then etc. Would that suffice?

Sorry I know this has been discussed many a times.

Most likely, it won't suffice. If you're from an "underdeveloped" country (from where most immigrants come to Canada), NOA that meets LICO is treated as a MUST.

Right, was afraid of that! Perhaps wait it out for next March, sure does sound more feasible.

Thanks again for your response. Appreciate it!

Can you help me, please!!!!
My mom got request for a medical exam. She passed it a week ago.

With the application made online, do we need to upload something or just wait until cic will change the medical status into passe by them self

Now it says Review of medical results We need your medical information
