My parents(both) Supervisa got approved today

hi guys I just need some direction regarding my mom's super visa, i applied for my mom's super visa last year 2022 march 26th of march. in 4th of July we instructed to do her medical, while we were doing her medical she had to go to specialist as she has kidney problem, and report came all good she has kidney problem but noting major like she dose not go to do dialysis, she is in medication, we done her medical around mid of September since then we been waiting, and last month i tried doing web form and i got this reply from them, can someone advice me what does it mean where is this centralized medical admissibility unit and how long they gonna take to give a result its been about 8 months we haven't hard back and we don't even know if she is going to get visa at this point if this kind of situation happens, please advice. thanks advance.

It means that IRCC is determining if she is medically inadmissible based on current and future health issues.. All you can do is wait. There are no timelines determining medical inadmissibility.

Congratulations what insurance company did you use to purchase health insurance?
And how did you select the date that the insurance policy will start and end.

Also did your parents show any ties to India, like business they run, their bank statements and proof they'll return to India.

Was it just your bank statement you used as proof of funds for the application or did your parent submit their bank statement?

Did they do upfront Medicals?

Lastly what does this mean, One-way itinerary

Hi which insurance company did you use and how much did it cost? Most of the insurance estimates or quotes I received are over $2500 per parent/grandparent and that's a lot to pay up front.
